Overview
Do you know a neighbor who goes above and beyond? Maybe they pick up litter during their evening walks, coach youth sports, plan neighborhood events, help out a neighbor in need, or take extra pride in keeping their property looking great. We know many West St. Paul residents quietly put in the work to make our neighborhoods better, and it’s time to celebrate them.
Nominate someone for the 1st Annual Good Neighbor Award. Be sure to include their name, address, and phone number (if known), along with a short note about why they deserve to be recognized.
Nominations are due by September 30, 2025. Nominees must live in the City of West St. Paul. You can nominate a neighbor here.
Award History
The Outstanding Awards Program began in 2003 as a way to identify and publicly acknowledge property owners for their efforts in making property improvements and/or their tenacity in maintaining their property. The program has shifted to the Good Neighbor Award in 2025. What makes a good neighbor is more than beautiful landscaping; it's about what they give back to their neighborhood! We want to recognize those who make West St. Paul the desirable community that it is.
