   Provide the specific approaches and methods that will be used to complete the project as outlined. West St. Paul values unique thinking, so artists are encouraged to propose concepts that would support creative storytelling. That being said, we’re pragmatic and want art to be accessible, so we encourage the production of art that is easy to understand, welcoming, and visually appealing. Include your philosophy and approach to designing characters, stories, and lore. Explain why you should be selected to perform the services for this project, particularly what makes your work stand out and how your work has had a positive, long-term impact on other communities.
