Pool

The West St. Paul municipal pool will be back open for the 2023 season.  2023 season will be Saturday June 10 - Sunday August 27

The public pool is not just a thing of the past in West St. Paul. Our community pool is normally open daily from early June to late August. This outdoor facility features a two story water slide, zero depth splash pool, a separate lap pool, and a concession area. There is also a playground and a picnic area located just outside the facility. The West St. Paul pool has free public WiFi available.  Season passes are available for purchase starting June 10 at the pool.

The pool is operated by the YMCA of the North.

Please note that a photo ID is required for anyone over the age of 16.

Special Hours (June 10 - 18 & August 21 - 27): Daily 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

June 19 - August 20
Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM - OPEN SWIM
Saturday - Sunday:  12:00 PM - 5:00 PM - OPEN SWIM

Tuesday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 11:45 AM - LAP SWIM ONLY

Season Passes (2023 Pricing)

Resident

Individual: $55.75 + tax

Family * (Up to 5 members): $185.83 + tax
Each Additional Member:      $23.23 + tax

Non-Resident

Individual: $69.69 + tax

Family* (Up to 5 members): $233.22 + tax
Each Additional Member:     $32.52 + tax

* Note: Family passes are for members who live in the same household.  Photo ID is required for proof of residency.

Group Use

There are a number of youth groups that attend open swimming sessions throughout the week. During group times, large numbers of kids may be using the pool. The YMCA makes sure to staff extra life guards during these times so safety is never an issue. 

* Groups of 15+ please make advance phone contact with the pool to ensure space. We may have to decline based on capacity factors or lifeguard availability.
