On December 1st we will be holding our 3rd annual Santa's Holiday Hero Express Parade. Santa and his helpers will be visiting the streets of West St. Paul with a West St. Paul Police, South Metro Fire, and M Health Fairview ambulance escort! If your home is on the route, you can wave to Santa from the yard or through your windows! If you're not on the route, head over to the Harmon Park parking lot (the stalls along Bernard St have the best view) and wave from your parking space! Download the parade route map at:
