Overview

An extensive local and regional transportation network connects West St. Paul to its neighbors, other parts of the Twin Cities metropolitan area, and destinations beyond. This system includes local and county roads, nearby metropolitan highways, and transit services.

Metro Transit
Public transportation service available to the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. 

DARTS - Transportation
DARTS has provided services for older adults for over 40 years. In 1974, DARTS started as a grant program to provide educational opportunities for seniors. Darts currently operates the LOOP transportation service in West St. Paul and other communities.

Metro Mobility
A shared public transportation service for certified riders who are unable to use regular fixed-route buses due to a disability or health condition. Rides are provided for any purpose.

DMV:  There is not a DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) in the City of West St. Paul.  The closest DMV is located in South St. Paul.  Quik-ServDMV is a  Deputy Registrar.
