A note to businesses and organizations from West St. Paul Recreation Coordinator.
We would like to formally invite your organization to participate as a Trick-or-Treat Trail vendor at our West St. Paul Parks and Recreation Halloween Extravaganza event at Harmon Park on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 from 6-8:00pm.
The Halloween Extravaganza event will consist of a costume contest, photo booth, bonfire, concessions, Trick-or-Treat trail, and visits from West St. Paul Police and South Metro Fire. This is a free community-wide, family friendly event and we hope you will join us as a supporter.
The Trick-or-Treat Trail will feature local organizations and businesses such as yours that support West St. Paul Parks and Recreation Halloween Extravaganza by handing out candy. This unique opportunity can increase your visibility, connect with your customer base and align your business with a great community event.
Please see the attached form for more information and requirements for the event. Take advantage now as booth space is limited. To request booth space, please fill out and return this form in person, or by email, postage or fax by October 20, 2017.
