Living Longer and Stronger in West St. Paul is partnering with the City of West St. Paul, Dakota County and the West St. Paul business community to provide transportation on Robert St. to West St. Paul community members & shoppers.

The LOOP offers residents of West St. Paul an opportunity to visit Robert St. businesses and destinations without driving. It works as a fixed-route bus service that makes getting around Robert Street easy. There is no sign up required and riders are able to get on and off at any stops along the way. Hop on The LOOP!

 What is The Loop?

  • The Loop is a NEW transportation service in West St. Paul
  • Ride from business to business along Robert St.
  • To start, The Loop will run Route A on the first and third Wednesdays and Route B on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month
  • Bus will leave each stop approximately every 30 mins. Entire route takes about an hour
  • Open to ALL shoppers to Robert St. businesses (children must be accompanied by an adult)
  • Riders can get on at their apartment building and at business stops
How will it Help?
  • Help maintain access to businesses during road construction on Robert St. by circulating through scheduled stops.
  • Assist riders in getting from business to business and from nearby housing facilities and neighborhoods.
  • Help all residents, including older adults, maintain access to businesses and retain their independence.
